Videography Services:

• Full-day videography (up to 10 hours), including setup and breakdown.

• Pre-production meeting (30 min to 1 hour) included in day rate. Additional pre-production time, gear checks, and location recces will be charged separately.

• Post-production includes 3 rounds of revisions.

Travel and Accommodation:

• Travel time is billed as half-days.

• Per diems apply when meals are not provided at the event or accommodation.

Cancellation Policy:

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the shoot incur a 50% charge.

• Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 100% charge.

• Postponement: If the shoot is postponed and crew is unavailable for the new dates, standard cancellation fees will apply.

Rates and Overtime:

• Overtime is charged at 1.5x for the first 4 hours after 10 hours and 2x for any additional hours.

• Client covers bank charges for international transfers.
